the room was clean. breakfast had a station providing waffles. friendly staff attended the buffet breakfast.

the staff was helpful they went out of their way to.

the hotel could use some modernization i did not find any usb charging options in the room the tv was small and older i saw some maintenance issues in the room that needed attention like the vanity mirror light that didn't work.

The breakfast buffet provided many options. I enjoyed the variety. The service from Stefania was nice. She promptly greeted me each morning. The room was always clean and well-kept. I appreciated this attention. I also found the location convenient.

I noticed the absence of USB charging ports in the room. This could be improved for modern traveler convenience. Adapters are necessary.

accommodating staff friendly staff luggage storage conference center dated hotel mothball smell

the staff are accommodating. they are friendly. i was able to leave my extra luggage for four weeks. i was island hopping. nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

the hotel was like a conference center with rooms. it did not feel like a 5 star hotel. the hotel is relatively dated. our room smelled like mothballs.

comfortable bed separate sink breakfast spread pool area

my room had a very comfortable, large bed. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast spread was excellent. the rooftop pool area has many loungers and a shaded section. it was nice to relax there.

the parking fee was a bit expensive, i think! though the location was perfect.

the staff offered generous service. i found the food amazing. it was also a great value. the room was comfortable. i slept very well. the breakfast had plenty of goodies.

the internet was super slow. it made some tasks difficult. i hope this improves in the future.
